Where do I begin? When miss Mitchell started this business I was her very first customer. I remember when she called me and told me she needed me to drive over to try her bite sized cheese cakes and at the time I was already aware that God had this calling over her life, so when I arrived she was standing there with one in her hand and when I tell you... that first bite LITERALLY blew my mind. I was taken and VERY addicted lol and volunteered to be her forever taste tester and over time others came along and took my spot (her mom and sister) but that was okay! Who would have thought there would be so much tastiness in such a tiny treat! Ms. Mitchell went into more depth about her brand on the panel and I was inspired by the story and brand concept.
